These statistics were provided by the customs service. In early summer, the total export indicator of flat rolled steel in Russia amounted to only 582.6 thousand tons. Compared to the previous month, this indicator fell by almost 10%. Over the year, exports of Russian flat rolled steel decreased by 27%. The reasons for the decline in supply are not indicated, but it is already known that in 2019 the volume is much lower than in 2018 and other years. About 27% of all deliveries are made to Turkey, over the year it decreased by 24%. However, export of flat rolled steel from Russia to Uzbekistan increased to 8.2% of the total supply.
